Roneish started her dental career in 2005 as a patient care coordinator. She quickly became passionate about dentistry and the it’s daily operations which motivated her to pursue a role in dental management. Roneish joined Loudoun Smile Center in 2021 as the Director of Operations. She enjoys working with a team great doctors and dental professionals, to help patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile. Roneish is an advocate for oral healthcare, she takes great pride in helping patients with their dental needs, treatment plan, insurance and financial concerns. Her number one priority is ensuring that patients receive the best quality care and customer experience.
When she’s not working, Roneish enjoys spending quality time with her son and family. She also enjoys traveling, quiet nights at home watching movies, indulging in cultural festivities and outdoor adventures (e.g., tubing, biking, and playing tennis).
